∎ Strong skills in product costing, budget forecasting and cost optimization.
∎ Proficient in SMV calculations, OB planning, and workflow optimization.
∎ Skilled in data analysis and clear presentation to stakeholder.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calculate and monitor the cost of garments, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
∎ Prepare and update costing sheets for different garments styles and production process.
∎ Ensure accurate cost estimation for new garment projects and styles.
∎ Track and analyze the cost of production VS budgets costs to identify discrepancies.
∎ Collaborate with the production tram to implement cost-effective strategies.
∎ Evacuate fabric consumption and material waste to improve cost efficiency.
∎ Maintain a record of historical costing data for future reference and decision-making.
∎ Work with the finance team to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.
∎ Suggest and implement methods to reduce garment production cost while maintaining quality.
