Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Minimum Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline from any reputed university with no 3rd class in whole academic record.

• At least 3 years

• Candidates bearing credit related professional qualification will be preferable.

• Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.

• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

• Must have customer focused attitude.

• Configuration of product parameter in BankUltimus for designing deposit & Loan Product.

• Providing Core Banking Solution (BankUltimus) high level support in head office to branch level (Mainly GB & LOAN).

• CBS Software troubleshooting (deposit & Loan related).

• Providing technical support section screening software & CBS Software up gradation testing (UAT).

• Opening and testing of database of new branch opened in Bank Ultimus and its support.

• Performing of CBS Software administrative privileges as user creation, permission and role assign.

• Providing Dummy in the basis of Month/Quarter/Half-year and Year End.

• Providing Training of Bank Ultimus software to all users of Bank.

• Establishing and maintaining Test Server (Bank Ultimus).

• Maintain Bank Ultimus software performance by performing software monitoring.

• Establishing Varity Report Form Backend Database that provide Bangladesh Bank.

• MANCOM circular basis Interest rate change in CBS product level.

• Providing technical support Go Aml XML Report all Branch to Bangladesh Bank.

• Performing of CBS Software system management administrative privileges like holyday mark and calendar setup any change declared holyday or working day.

• Providing professional service ensure a high level of support at all times.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
