Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
∎ The goal is to facilitate the team`s activities so as to maximize their performance to a solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement & facilitate annual sales & marketing plan set by company.
∎ Develop sales procedures & increase the bulk sales.
∎ Develop strategic business plan that expand companies' long-term sales.
∎ Seeking new customer to achieve annual sales target.
∎ Achieve marketing & sales operational objectives.
∎ Taking strategic plan for expanding market size & implementing rapid sales growth strategy
∎ Identify sales opportunities by picking out customer requirements.
∎ Achieving monthly & yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Maintain necessary coordination with the accounts department.
∎ Regularly update of sales information to the management
∎ Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
∎ Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
∎ Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
∎ Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
∎ Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
∎ Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
∎ Ensure adherence to laws and policies
∎ Able to perform any other assignments given by authority.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Business Development, Merchandise Sales, Market Research, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail clothing.
∎ Candidates must have pleasant personality and willingness to meet people, be aggressive to earn incentives by achieving business development/sales target.
∎ Good market planner
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good managerial skill
∎ Ability to handle all type of Customers.
