Responsibilities & Context: Better Living Foundation (BLF) is a concern of BDS. BLF is a foundation and philanthropist with a vision and objectives of charitably partnering and catalyzing socio-economic, socio-cultural, and overall development of the country which will be equitable & sustainable. We may work standalone or with different organizations and agencies through different activities and services, programs, and publicities in the field of education, healthcare, legal, poverty eradication, good governance, environment, and mass awareness. Our target beneficiaries are the unreached poor & ultra-poor, victims & distressed, women & children, special need groups, and any other underprivileged or deprived group of the society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs that support the foundation’s mission and objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, donors, and partners to enhance organizational impact.
- Visit different Govt. or Non Govt. Organization and educational institute for project.
- Write grant proposals and fundraising strategies to secure financial support.
- Manage budgets, track project progress, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build community relationships and increase awareness of the foundation’s work.
- Organize events, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and present insights to the leadership team.
- Collecting Core Volunteers and maintaining them for organizational achieving goal.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
