- Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A Diploma Engineering in Automobile / Mechanical may be considered for candidates with strong hands-on experience in aftersales service.
- Additional certification or training in automotive service, customer care, or technical coordination will be considered an advantage.

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in aftersales service within the automobile industry, preferably in 4-wheeler service operations.
- Hands-on experience in technical support, warranty handling, or service coordination at a dealership or distributor level.
- Experience in dealing with authorized service workshops (AWS), conducting service audits, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with manufacturers will be highly valued.
- Prior exposure to Toyota standards or other global automotive brands will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Context
We are hiring After Sales Service Coordinator for Automobiles (4-Wheeler) business to strengthen aftersales service operations. The role will support authorized workshops (AWS) by ensuring service quality, technical coordination, process improvement, and customer satisfaction in line with Toyota's global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Network Support (AWS):
- Provide operational support to AWS for service-related activities.
- Monitor AWS workshop performance (e.g., productivity, efficiency, CSI).
- Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Service Quality Management:
- Conduct regular service audits and evaluate service quality across AWS.
- Coordinate with AWS to improve service process flow and reduce lead time.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and support resolution strategies.
Technical Support & Feedback
- Coordinate technical support between manufacturer and dealer workshops / AWS.
- Collect field data and feedback to share with manufacturers for product improvements.
- Support AWS in Special Service Campaign.
Training support
- Support training for AWS staff skill development
- Support training for the new staff skill development
Repair Support
- Coordinate with Manufacturer on technical bulletins or updates
- Create and submit Repair Support request and Field Technical report to manufacturer
- Assist AWS in diagnosing issues and repair (correct replacement parts).
- Provide technical guidance on product installation and repair.
- Monitor and report on common repair issues or product feedback.
Market data collection
- Collect and understand competitor situation and activities
- Collect and understand competitor market size to study business opportunity
Customer Handling
- Support customer complaint handling
- Analyze and report customer complaints to TTAP
- Support AWS to formulate customer complaints resolution
Warranty & Policy Compliance
- Ensure AWS comply with warranty procedures and policies.
- Support warranty claims processing by AWS
- Monitor and review warranty claims and processing times.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on service KPIs and dealer performance.
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
