Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science from Bangladesh Agriculture University/Higher education in Accounts/Finance/Business Studies/ Industrial Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the responsibility to develop, lead and direct the implementation of company’s overall Agricultural business strategies and goals.
∎ Undertakes the supervision of all Farm production Planning & Operations.
∎ Take responsibility for the preparation and execution of Farm budgets and investments in line with set goals and targets.
∎ Responsible for the efficient deployment and routine maintenance of Farm machineries as and when required.
∎ Supervise and guide the supervisors’ activities to ensure high level performance.
∎ Ensure Farm production costs are in line with expectations and must strive to be cost effective at all times.
∎ Ensure and identify risk in the Business operations are mitigated according to the plan.
∎ Provide Business report on weekly/monthly as required by top Management.
∎ Any other relevant task given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years in relevant field.
∎ Age Maximum 50 Years.
∎ Candidate who served as COO/ED/Equivalent post at least 5 years in same reputed group of company will get preference.
∎ Candidate from similar back-ground/experience (Agro based company) will also get preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Please mention your expected salary in your CV).
