∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality Sale of approx. Tk 200 Crore worth of ready properties (both commercial and residential) within 4 quarters.
∎ Leading the sales, marketing operations.
∎ Brand building among wider population consistence with the good reputation it enjoys among clientele.
∎ Under the leadership of CEO, set strategic plans, budgets, and targets; and ensure achievement of the targets.
∎ Coach and develop next level of leaders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Min. 15 years' experience (at least 5 years in CXO/Director/GM level) with reputed companies.
∎ Proven track record in real estate sales (residential or commercial properties) and land acquisition will get preference.
∎ An extraordinary performer and a proven leader.
∎ Min. Bachelor degree.
∎ Well conversant in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Good user of office IT tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet etc.)

Salary:
