∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Smoothly operation control room of Pellet feed, Mash feed and Fish Feed Mill.
∎ Properly maintain daily production plan as per daily production target.
∎ Planning & execution to ensure loss of production time by time wise RM intake storage in dosing bin.
∎ Coordinate with Quality control team, Maintenance team and other related teams for ensure smooth & quality production.
∎ Help continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
∎ Monitor the machineries’ function & maintenance during break down to ensure uninterrupted production & quality.
∎ Prepare daily production report and submit to the department head.
∎ Maintain properly RM crushing, dosing, and mixing as per formulation.
∎ Check the physical quality of feed like moisture, color, size & hardness. To maintain the record of die-roller & monitoring the services of die-roller.
∎ Support continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
∎ Accountable for the production, safety & quality of the shifting team.
∎ Monitoring & ensure proper manpower utilization & production running time utilization.
∎ Finally Co-operate and Communicate with Departmental Higher Authority. Try to Reduce Breakdown time By Accept Proper Steps. Proper Utilize Electrical Power and Electric cost Minimize.
∎ Always Try to Achieve Production Target.
∎ Ensure cleaning Control Room, PLC Room and workplace. Other hand take action about control of rat, pest, insects and un-wanted animal.
