Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science or any other relevant subject.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Writing copy text for websites, writing blog posts, articles, and whitepapers.
∎ Writing description and documentation for software products.
∎ Writing content for social media posts and newsletters.
∎ Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension.
∎ Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
∎ Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
∎ Help the Support team to resolve complex problems, interact with clients through emails or chats and provide unambiguously written instructions and technical guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A solid desire to learn and develop technical and writing skills
∎ Ability to plan tasks and manage time effectively
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Should have people skills to foster effective communication among team members and to motivate them
∎ Ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of teammates to work with them constructively
∎ Working experience with a project management tool like Slack, Trello will be a bonus
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on Experience
