Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years graduation/Master’s Degree preferably in business discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer and PG information verification as per CPV policy
∎ Communicate with analyst and internal CPV team to provide support on internal CPV related issues
∎ Ensure CPV TAT as per SLA and have to maintain standard quality of verification
∎ Mail communication with different stakeholders as per requirement
∎ Maintain a service oriented culture to achieve service excellence objectives
∎ Perform any other function/task as and when assign by the Management
∎ Improve productivity, efficiency, and service level while operating with high standard
∎ Arrange periodical meeting with Internal CPV team
∎ Establish effective rapport with both internal and external departments through effective and regular communications with branch, sales teams, analysts, CPV monitoring
∎ Coordinate between Internal CPV team and Credit and collection teams to ensure the completeness of retail lending
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in related field with at least 1 years total work experience in banking or financial sector if preferred
∎ Own Bike and driving license will be preferable
∎ Any relevant expertise to this type of work would be preferable
