Job Context:
∎ EkkBaz is looking for a Contact Center Sales Agent located in Jatrabari to join the Sales team.
∎ Reporting to: Director
∎ Saturday through Thursday
∎ 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell products and place retailers orders over phone calls
∎ Conduct tele sales in a targeted manner
∎ Verify and confirm orders from retailers
∎ Providing timely, clear communication with retailers
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Identify retailer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage retailers by taking the extra mile orders.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
∎ Meet personal/team sales qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales activity report covering key metrics
∎ Keep tracks of Inbound inventory and daily outbound/delivery report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in dealing with the retail customer sales in FMCG.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening in Bangla
∎ Ability to work with others in a close manner.
∎ Excellent in excel with good computer skills.
∎ Good Communication skills in multi-tasking.
∎ Previous experience in a telesales and customer support role
∎ Track record of over-achieving target
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
∎ Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
∎ Excellent data entry and typing skills
∎ Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
∎ High school diploma or equivalent
∎ 1-2 years of experience in a call centre environment
∎ Must have smart phone
Salary:
∎ 20K - 30k depends on experience and other benefits are as per company policy.
