Responsibilities & Context:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided leads/database.

  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and campaign offers to customers.

  • Persuade customers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Follow up on interested prospects and maintain proper call records in CRM/software.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and sales status in the system.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Address customer concerns, handle objections professionally, and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Follow company policies, scripts, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards during calls.

  • Submit daily call reports and performance updates to the Team Leader.
