Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided leads/database.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and campaign offers to customers.
Persuade customers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
Follow up on interested prospects and maintain proper call records in CRM/software.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Accurately update customer information, call outcomes, and sales status in the system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Address customer concerns, handle objections professionally, and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow company policies, scripts, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards during calls.
Submit daily call reports and performance updates to the Team Leader.
