Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any field; Textile/ready wear related education preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure pattern making & grading are according to the measurement list (M-list), art work & sample
∎ Estimate consumption calculations by maintaining marker quality & efficiency
∎ Settle consumptions with the supplier during the quotation stage according to business needs
∎ Problem solving to secure consumption during bulk production
∎ Work within timeline to secure Time of Delivery (TOD)
∎ Consumption Making
∎ Analyze the consumption request and make sure all the information is clear. If not, ask for clarification.
∎ Analyzed risk factor during pattern making and consumption calculation making to secure fit & bulk production.
∎ Be pro-active and suggest alternatives in order to reach best the consumption with quality & efficiency in mind
∎ Consider the supplier's facilities when securing the consumption for bulk production.
∎ Support & advise the suppliers to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use
∎ Work together with merchandisers, technicians and seniors on all requests

∎ Minimum of 7- 8 years' experience in the similar field including factory & buying office
∎ Good knowledge of Lectra/Modaris & Diamino
∎ Pattern & consumption making experience using Lectra/Modaris/Diamino
∎ Good Communication
