Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide expert advice and guidance to Rigel Group's business units in developing and implementing enterprise-wide ERM strategies and frameworks.
∎ Conduct risk assessments, including risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment, for all business units within Rigel Group.
∎ Develop risk mitigation strategies and plans that align with Rigel Group's business objectives and risk tolerance levels.
∎ Work collaboratively with the cross-functional teams within each business unit to ensure that risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and managed effectively.
∎ Develop and implement risk reporting mechanisms to ensure that Rigel Group's management team is aware of potential risks and their status.
∎ Conduct training and workshops for Rigel Group's stakeholders on risk management processes and procedures.

∎ Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and methodologies
∎ Risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment
∎ Risk mitigation strategies and planning
∎ Risk reporting and communication
∎ Project management
