Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

• Result CGPA 3.00 out of CGPA 4.00.

• At least 2 years

• Candidates Should have at least 02 year(s) similar proctical experience in the following area(s): C #, ASP.Net Framework/Core, MVC Pattern, WPF, RDLC Reporting, Linux and windows, SQL server. Ability to work under pressure, Well organized and disciplined will be considered as additional requirements.

Proshika is a one of the largest NGO in Bangladesh. It was established in 1976. Now, the organization is expanding Microcredit and Savings activities in addition to Social development programs. The organization is currently looking for as qualified and experienced personnel will be recruited in Information Management and Computer Department for the post of Computer Programmer. The Computer Programmer will be appointed considering his work experiences and performances.

• Proshika is looking for qualified & career-oriented web application developers for its current and future develop software.

• Planning, design, implementation, and support to produce a successful web and mobile-based application and websites.

• Participate with code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality

• Proven experience in RESTful API development with ASP.NET Web API.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, Design Patterns etc.

• Comfortable with SQL Server, MySQL, query tuning/optimization and execution plan analysis

• Experience of working for ERP and Microcredits, HR, Accounts, Admin, Training, staff welfare-based Software and IT Enabled Service.

• Utilize best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code.

• Experience with common front-end and back-end development by modern technologies

• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications and identify areas for improvement.

• Working knowledge of server management, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of web servers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and time management skills.

• Able to write Unit Test, TDD is a plus.

• Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the higher Management.

Employment Conditions: 06 (six) month(s) probationary period. After completing probationary period satisfactorily the service will be made permanent in organization as per staff policy.
