Candidates must be 5 years for Senior Software Engineer on similar practical experience in the following area(s): C #, .Net Framework/Core, WPF, RDLC Reporting, API, Visual basic, PHP-Laravel Framework, C++, SQL Database, Oracle Database and windows Server. Ability to work under pressure, well organized and disciplined will be considered as additional requirements.

Proshika is a one of the largest NGO in Bangladesh. It was established in 1976. Now, the organization is expanding Microcredit and Savings activities in addition to Social development programs. The organization is currently looking for as qualified and experienced personnel will be recruited in Information Management and Computer Department (IMCD) for the post of a Senior Software Engineer . The Software Engineer will be appointed considering his/her working experiences and performances.

Responsibilities:

• Proshika is looking for qualified & career-oriented web application developers for its current and future develop software.

• Planning, design, implementation, and support to produce a successful web and mobile-based application and websites. Strong expertise in OOP concepts.

• Experience in ASP.NET core MVC 8 and C# programming

• Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) queries, Oracle (database), procedures and database structures.

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications.

• Design, build, and consume REST APIs with JSON/XML data integration.

• Oversee the development of front-end solutions with Angular, React, jQuery, Ajax.

• Lead reporting initiatives using RDLC, Crystal Reports.

• Contribute to and guide the implementation of WPF desktop applications.

• Manage version control, branching strategies, and code reviews on GitHub.

• Define and implement DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of applications in Windows Server environments.

• Introduce and support Microservices architecture where applicable.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to design banking/microfinance modules such as loan management, savings, customer accounts, transactions, and reporting.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and enforce coding best practices.

• Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the higher Management.

Employment Conditions: 06 (six) month(s) probationary period. After completing probationary period satisfactorily the service will be made permanent in organization as per staff policy.
