Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain office documents (MS Word, Excel).
Handle email correspondence and internet browsing as needed.
Create graphics designs when required (social media posts, presentations, etc.).
Use AI tools to prepare reports, content, or simple designs.
Assist with printing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
