∎ Civil Engineer / LL.B completed applicant will be get first priority.
∎ Any post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline will be qualified to apply if applicant has 3-4 years experienced as a Computer Operator / Reporter in any Survey & Valuation Company.
∎ Any post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline will be qualified to apply if applicant has 3-4 years experienced as a Computer Operator / Reporter in any Legal/Law firm/Engineering Firm (Land related).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report making as per documentation
∎ Understanding Deed & documents of Land/Building/Apartment etc.
∎ Understanding Land documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, Bia Deed, DCR, GRR, Porcha, Mouza Map etc.
∎ Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / property.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years experienced in same position in any Banking Survey & Valuation firm / Law Firm / Engineering Firm will be got first priority.
∎ Expert in Microsoft Word
∎ Understanding and writing skill in English
