Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Compliance will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance in the factory.
∎ Ensure update standard of QMS & EMS are maintained properly in the factory.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws' requirement from Compliance point of view.
∎ Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, OCS, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 & 45001:2018
∎ Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to Perform Compliance audit at factories.
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on Compliance affairs.
∎ To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
∎ To counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover.
∎ To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Should have knowledge on Labor Law, Legal Compliance etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Compliance, Health and Safety Management, Certification Audits.
∎ Knowledge of HIGG modules and prepare all sorts of Audits Documentation will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer application is imperative
∎ Should be familiar with ISO and other CoC.
∎ Should have ability to face different buyers audit.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Should have sound language proficiency in Bangla & English.
