- Basic HR software knowledge: For tracking employee working hours, wages, etc.
- Educational Requirements:
- Professional certificate in Compliance / Social Audit / Sustainability from a reputed institution/university.
- Minimum 8 years in garments/textile sector compliance.
- Must have hands-on experience in ICS audits and buyer compliance programs.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage compliance and sustainability department
- Knowledge on ICS audits is a must
- Prepare factories for buyer audits & ensure legal, social, and environmental compliance.
- Develop & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plans) and train teams on compliance & safety.
- Communicate with internal merchandising team , foreign buyers, local auditors, and authorities effectively.
