About Us
Ocean Gate Ltd. is a reputed sweater Liaison office in Bangladesh, specializing in high-quality sweater production with innovative designs and sustainable materials.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Management: Prepare factories for buyer audits and ensure full legal, social, and environmental compliance.
ICS Expertise: Apply mandatory knowledge of ICS audits to ensure standards are met.
Corrective Actions: Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and train teams on safety and compliance protocols.
Communication: Coordinate effectively with the internal merchandising team, foreign buyers, local auditors, and government authorities.
Leadership: Lead and manage the daily operations of the compliance and sustainability department.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance (RMG/Sweater sector preferred).
Must have knowledge of ICS audits.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Employment Status: Full-time (6 days a week)
