∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Field Distribution Teams responsible for Commodity distribution through Complementary Food Voucher Shops in their designated operation areas.
∎ Participate in the assessment of community/beneficiary needs and resources, collection of base line data to assist in project implementation.
∎ Prepare Complementary Food Voucher distribution plan for the relevant beneficiaries
∎ Plan and monitor all field activities, i.e. appointments, meetings, Voucher / food distributions, monitoring and beneficiary follow-ups.
∎ Establish list of Complementary Food Voucher Redemption / Cash-transfer activities and track the completion of each activity.
∎ File all contracts and agreement with communities
∎ Assist Line Manager to handle community complaint promptly and responsibly. Ensure all complaints are registered and filed. Record action taken to resolve complain.
∎ Provide accurate financial acquittals of Cash and Travel advances
∎ Liaise with CIC, Camp Coordination, Donor counterpart, Government and other stakeholders and represent World Vision in the area of project implementation.
∎ Network with other projects, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and key agencies in the project area to prevent duplication and to enhance project quality, innovation and sustainability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ 3 years’ experience in the sector of Voucher / Cash Based Programming, Relief or Development with some expertise in logistics / procurement.
∎ Experience in field work and working with Refugee communities to achieve development initiatives.
∎ Experience in registering beneficiaries and Voucher, Cash distribution.
∎ Experience in project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing useful.
∎ Experienced in the development of community awareness campaigns and the ability to manage meetings with CIC, Camp Coordination & Management, and community leaders, government officials, NGOs and other stakeholders (ensuring gender balance in participation).
∎ Good in communication, interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
∎ Effective in written and oral communication; able to speak and write Bangla and English. Local Language (preferable).
∎ Experience working in an office environment and able to use computer and email is essential.
∎ Ability to drive motocycle with driving licence will add value

Salary: Tk. 110000 (Monthly)
