Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; legal background preferred.
8+ years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance experience or governance roles
Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and legal requirements applicable to the company and its projects.
Maintain and update corporate records, statutory registers and documentation related to board meetings, shareholder communications, resolutions and filings.
Organize and prepare agendas, minutes and documents for board meetings and general meetings.
Liaise between board, management and external bodies (regulators, auditors, legal advisors) to ensure timely filings and legal compliance.
Assist in drafting corporate policies, governance frameworks, internal compliance protocols and updating them as per statutory requirements and company needs.
