Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎ All Kinds of Property Related Vetting.
∎ Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
∎ Represent and defend cases before the court on behalf of company.
∎ Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
∎ Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
∎ Monitoring legal risk in documentation and giving the correct advice to clients.
∎ Managing regulatory and compliance-related services.
∎ Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
∎ Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
∎ Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ Filing & recording of Legal deeds, documents etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
