Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Postgraduate form any discipline, Commerce background will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Role of this Position: Facilitate in developing People`s Organizations to implement planned programs and relevant activities according to the guideline & cash flow budget.
∎ Job Summary: Strengthening People`s Organization and help the ultra-poor people to develop their socio-economic condition. Identify potential reference people, conduct well being ranking & baseline survey. Assist people`s Organization for capacity building funds management, advocacy and networking.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting well being ranking & baseline survey.
∎ Formatting People's Organization & Executive Committee.
∎ Building capacity of people's Organization
∎ Assisting People's Organization members, worker & Executive Committees to update Forum document, book keeping & saving collections.
∎ Assisting People's Organization members for realizing their rights.
∎ Providing guidance to the network leaders to arrange meeting like as rapport building, information collection, better access and linkage with GO/NGO, issue based media campaign.
∎ Building rapport with existing GO, LG duty bearers
∎ Assist People's Organization in devising advocacy plan to increase their access to the GO/NGO facilities.
∎ Assist People's Organization to collect necessary information on advocacy initiative.
∎ Enhancing capacity in the People's Organization
∎ Identify forums problems & give solution.
∎ Developing training materials schedule & contents.
∎ Acting as a resource person/co-facilitator in training/ workshop/court yard meeting.
∎ Establishing linkage with Govt & other institutions in work area
∎ Maintaining effective relationship & communication with GO/NGO leaders, staffs, forum members & training team
∎ Implementing program activities.
∎ Collecting report from Workers. Analysis all reports & compiling this for Program Officer.
∎ Prepare monthly plan of action
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual reports
∎ Ensuring implementation of planned activities maintaining quality and following guidelines.
∎ Ensuring distribution/disbursement of livelihood support and its recovery.
∎ Assisting Area Manager & Program Officer in monitor the progress of the planned activities & intended result.
∎ Participating national & International issues based days.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Computer Skill, Motivational Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Report Writing Skill, Leadership Skill,Internet browsing, Emailing, etc.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
