Job Responsibilities:
∎ Educating, counseling, training, and workshop support to CHP Workers.
∎ Field and households are visiting with CH Workers.
∎ Follow up on referrals and CHP workers' day-to-day activities.
∎ Household spot checks and monitoring of workers'/volunteer's home visits and community workshops/sessions in support of a supervisor.
∎ Support on field ANC/PNC/FP activities and visits as well as implementing SRH.
∎ Assist supervisor with field-level data collection, entry, and reporting.
∎ Attend relevant external and internal training to reproduce learnings at the field level
∎ Actively performing CHP activities during outbreaks.
∎ Complete any tasks assigned by CH Supervisor and Sr. Supervisor.
∎ Serve as a liaison between JRRP and CH leadership and the Rohingya CH Volunteer Leads and CHWs/CPVs/CH referral Assistants.
∎ Troubleshoot issues and concerns surrounding CHP services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Proficient in the Chitagonian language;

∎ Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems, and/or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work and ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach, and mentor staff and volunteers;
∎ Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups;
∎ Medical fitness to travel and work in the camps, including walking distances and climbing hills, potentially in challenging weather
