∎ ● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
∎ ● Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
∎ ● Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work.
∎ ● Familiarity with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
∎ ● Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
∎ ● Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
∎ ● Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
∎ ● Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details
∎ .● Excellent in Bangla and English typing.
∎ ● Strong communication skills.
∎ ● Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ● Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the line manager and program team on various materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
∎ ● Develop concepts manually or with software to create original content by determining the optimal use of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
∎ ● Translate the strategic direction into high-quality designs while maintaining the established brand identity.
∎ ● Read the design brief, comprehend the requirements, and conceptualize ideas and visuals based on the instructions for day-to-day program requirements.
∎ ● Designing visually appealing graphics for various purposes, such as campaign materials, reports, and presentations.
∎ ● Make initial versions of the designs and show them to others.
∎ ● Assisting in finding and editing photos and videos for promotional and documentary use.
∎ ● Ensuring brand consistency and quality in all produced content.
