Raintrip is looking for proactive and creative Communication Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping our brand voice across various channels, crafting compelling content, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external audiences.

- Crafting Engaging Content: Write captivating stories, articles, and blog posts for our website and various platforms, showcasing exciting destinations, travel tips, and unique packages to inspire our audience.
- Social Media Management: Develop and schedule daily content for our social media channels (like Facebook, Instagram, etc.), respond to comments and messages, and track performance to boost our online presence.
- Creating Marketing Materials: Assist in designing and drafting clear, attractive messages for travel package promotions, digital ads, and email newsletters that resonate with potential travelers.
- Customer Engagement Support: Help manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other communication channels in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure all our communications consistently reflect Raintrip's fun, adventurous, and reliable brand voice across all platforms.
- Research & Trends: Stay updated on current travel trends, communication best practices, and social media innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
