Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Minimum one year diploma from a renowned Culinary Institution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Assist the Chef de partie or Sous Chef to plan and prepare quality service for the food and beverage production department
∎ -Able to organise the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders
∎ -To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
∎ -Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
∎ -To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place
∎ -Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
∎ -To assist with the receiving and storage of deliveries and that all relevant company procedures are adhered to

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Requirements:
∎ Minimum one year training from a Culinary Institution
∎ Must be Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
∎ Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
