Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a candidate who has experience of 1-3 years in the Continental Section as a Commis-2 and 3.
∎ Note: Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to produce lasagna, pasta, pizza, rice bowls, coolers, waffles, etc.
∎ Should be willing to learn new recipes and basic Indian cuisine fundamentals,
∎ Knowledge of Bangladeshi cuisine is an added advantage,
∎ To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position in an efficient and productive manner,
∎ Support the junior members of the team,
∎ Ability to produce own work by a deadline,
∎ Must possess the necessary skills to be able to work hands-on, and provide on-the-job training to associates to meet the set standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the Continental Section as a Commis- 2 and 3.
∎ Prior experience in ala carte kitchen and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) is highly desirable. Knowledge of beverage preparation would be considered an additional advantage,
∎ Basic food preparation certificate (advantage),
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours as per job requirements.
