∎ The Commis 1 & Commis 2 specializing in Continental Cuisine at ZEN Restaurant is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes under the supervision of the Sous Chef. The role involves learning and executing basic cooking techniques, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and maintaining kitchen organization.
