∎ Master degree

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct all commercial activities ( i.e. IP, EXP, UD, In bond, X Bond, Costing, and Consumption approval by Customs Authority)
∎ Handle customs, EPB, Banks & C & F agents, for orders, shipping lines, BGMEA, Buying House, purchase, Transport Agents and other export & import related organizations.
∎ Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export.
∎ Prepare and Update Factory Licenses - tread Licenses, IRC, ERC etc.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Comply documentation of EPB, BGMEA (CO, GSP) related activities.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with merchandiser, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices accordingly.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Maintain file of each and every deliveries or shipped items and time to time provide update to the management.
∎ Understanding of Documents retirement & acceptance process for Import.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import.
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla Language is needed.
∎ Export and import oriented sectors
∎ Required vast knowledge in export-Import rules, customs and banking rules and regulations local and international L/Cs and necessary commercial documents.
∎ Having sound knowledge on customs bond rules and regulations etc.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Cash incentive file making and submission.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Always be active on WhatsApp.
