Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Minimum 5 years of proven track record in commercial management.        
• Especially successfully performing yearly customs audit on export performance.        
• Proficiency in MS Office (computer application).        
• Must have typing skill both Bengali and English.
• Must have export knowledge (Buyer-H&M, ZARA, M&S, C4, ECI, Mango, Otto, LPP and BONOBO.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all types of export documents of all buyer.

• Submit to superior to release local documents and also check, prepare and monitor party acceptance of local BTB LC.

• Properly maintain issuing documents and given then bank acceptance for local BTB LC timely.

• Submit Online space booking to the forwarder for Air & Sea (APL Logistics & Damco) and Create Custom invoice & EXP based on factory provided packing list and send to the C&F agent for customs formalities.

• Liaison with C&F agent to complete the export process and collect necessary documents after customs pass.

• Timely submit ASN & FCR, prepare country wise required all documents.

• Follow up with the Shipping line to get the vessel details once cargo left from CTG or Dhaka.

• Arrange GSP, CO from govt. body (EPB, Chamber) as per buyer requirement.

• Timely submit all documents to forwarder.

• Follow up with the Shipping Line to collect the BL, HAWB, FCR, MBL etc.

• Submit Export Documents to bank and corresponding with buyer as and when required.

• Collaborate with the merchandising, logistics and finance department to streamline.

• Perform all Export/ Import related jobs under Bond, yearly Customs Bond Audit etc.

• Sound Knowledge of Cash Incentives.

• Work with professional efficiently, trustworthy, committed and dedicatedly.

• Perform any other job which assigned by the management.
