• Must have working exposure in both Export & Import section
• Excellent communication skill in English.

• Maintain strong working relationship with C&F Agent, different Shipping companies, Freight Forwarding & Logistics companies to follow up of shipment status during the Import & Export of different goods & materials.
• Responsible to collect master LC from Bank and open back-to-back LC for raw material procurement for export.
• Open all kinds of Import L/C i.e. BB, EDF, Cash, Machinery etc.
• Follow up Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
• Coordinate with Bank, BGMEA (UD), Audit firm & other related offices.
• Take care of all Import-Export, Banking, Customs Bond, BKMEA, BGMEA, EPB, Cash Incentive related activities.
• Capable to handle independently with Cash incentive related all work.
• Communication with the Bank for All Import activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment & Collection.
• Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Insurance and other related laws applicable for Import.
• Check all kinds of Sales Contracts, Master L/C & other Raw Materials Follow up of all Import & Export related acceptance and payment issues, Fund sanction & liaising with Bank for renewal of sanctions.
