RSGT, operator of Saudi Arabia`s largest container terminal at Jeddah Islamic Port, is actively looking for outstanding Talents to join our planned operations in Patenga Container terminal in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Job Type: Hybrid (Field and Office Based)
YOUR DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION WILL BE:
Identify and develop long term business opportunities across shipping lines, logistics providers, and cargo owners.
Lead the development, assessment & negotiation of commercial agreements & contract with customers, ensuring profitable and competitive service offerings
Oversee market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
Develop and maintain pricing models and customer-specific tariffs in alignment with financial and strategic goals.
Review rate proposals and commercial terms. Oversee the day-to-day scheduling, execution, and commercial performance of vessel voyages, ensuring all activities are underpinned by best practices. Monitor revenue trends.
Provide timely and strategic advice on risks and mitigation strategies, to facilitate executive decision-making
Act as a strategic escalation point for operational or contractual issues, collaborating with internal departments to find resolutions.
Supervise and guide the Commercial team with data analysis and proposal drafting
Build and maintain liaison with key clients, acting as the commercial face of RSGTB. Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and client visits.
