Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create commercial real estate investment and fund.
∎ Process loan through application, and documentation.
∎ Opening the new loan and increase the existing loan.
∎ Closing the existing loan properly, and efficiently.
∎ Strongly maintain ongoing relationship with banks as well as investors.
∎ Grabs additional credit facility when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Banking experience as an additional qualificati6on.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ At Least 6 to 10 years of experience in similar position.
∎ Job Requirements:
∎ Candidates should be good looking, smart, sincere, Well-mannered and intelligent.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer application (especially in MS office, MS excel).
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure.
