Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Diploma / HSC / SSC
∎ Education Qualification may be relaxed in case of well experienced and capable person in the relevant fields.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable for make any color shade, recipe & identify any color shade fault, troubleshooting color and chemical solution.
∎ Need to monitor LAB relate any kind of defects. compliance issue.
∎ Proper control of ink wastage.
∎ Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Any other assigned responsibility entrusted by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Garments/Textile printing factory.
∎ Experience in color master at RMG sector.
∎ Knowledge of screen print production process (color, dyes chemical, preparation of recipe).
∎ Understanding of Textile and Garments products.
∎ Experienced in Quality assurance.
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good Team Player, Well-Organized, Initiative and Detail-Oriented.
∎ Color master will provide precise and proficient activities in the execution of chemical formulations required for the development of color and functional effects on textile products.
∎ Execute an assure compliance of all Environment, Health and Safety dispositions.
