Knowledge in Email Outreach, CRM tools, LinkedIn client approach
Ability to manage time & maintain daily reporting
Proficient in computer & online communication tools
Responsibilities & Context:
- Communicate with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Australia) via phone call, email & messaging
- Professionally explain Image Editing, Clipping Path, Retouching, Background Removal & E-commerce product photo editing services
- Perform daily cold calls, emails & follow-ups to convert prospects into active clients
- Handle client onboarding process and collect project requirements
- Research and generate new leads through LinkedIn, Google, business directories & freelance platforms
- Present company portfolio, samples & pricing to potential clients
- Maintain professional communication & build long-term client relationships
- Prepare and maintain lead database & CRM records
- Provide daily work reports & meet sales targets
- Coordinate with the production team & share client feedback
- Follow international business etiquette and time-zone based communication
