Responsibilities & Context:
Job Position 1: CoC Auditor
Main responsibilities:
1. Provide factory inspection and certification consultation and guidance to factories, such as human rights, quality, environment, counter-terrorism, etc.
2. Make a comprehensive diagnosis of the factory, carry out continuous improvement according to the requirements, make rectification and reform plans, and carry out relevant training
3. Accompany customers to inspect factories, develop improvement plans for non-conformance items, and follow up
4. Help the factory to establish perfect system documents to ensure the smooth passage of customer inspection
5. Actively coordinate and solve the problems found in the process of factory inspection
6. Handle other matters assigned by the superior.
Basic requirements:
1. Familiar with the process and operation mode of factory inspection, familiar with quality system / social responsibility and other related system certification, with more than 5 years working experience of relevant customers
2. Relevant experience in clothing, shoes and hats, textiles, toys, handicraft gifts and other industries is preferred
3. Good organizational and communication skills, good moral and professional conduct, strong sense of initiative and responsibility, clear thinking, meticulous work
4. College degree or above, physical and mental health, honest and willing to work, hardworking, able to adapt to long-term business trip
5. Good communication in English
6. Proficient in the use of word, excel and other office software
Job Position 2: Senior Merchandiser
Main Responsibilities :
Act as the liaison between buyers and factories for export orders, overseeing the detailed manufacturing progress
Coordinate sample & bulk material timelines for production line input, facilitating discussions and leading meeting with factories and buyers to schedule production and ensure timely shipments.
Manage sample follow-up, including PP samples, size set, chemical test samples, and more.
Create and verify trim card.
Monitor carton and packing progress.
Track fabric and accessories schedules, collaborating closely with warehouse and QA teams for quality feedback.
