Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in BA,B.Com,BBA, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MA,M.COM,MBA, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil,Arct,ELE,EEE
∎ LLB/LLM or Graduates / Masters from others discipline may also apply.
∎ Diploma/ Bsc- (civil/interior design/ architecture, Fashion Design) also apply
∎ HSC/O/A Level candidates with job experience with airlines/ shops/ arrong or front desk also apply.
∎ ex. cabin crew may also apply
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Brand Promotion, Customer Support, Human Resources, Office Assistant, Personal Secretary, Receptionist/ Front Desk

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Customer Service, Follow Up Sales Teams Daily Activities, logistic management, Management, Office Management, Security Management, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Public Relation Companies, Real Estate, Satellite TV, University

Job Context:
∎ Public relation & Support manager to MD
∎ Supporting & Secretarial Supervisor of MD

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MD front office supervise, visitor receive
∎ MD visitors look after
∎ Look after corporate works of MD & CEO
∎ Public relation Works attend, monitoring
∎ Supervise & coordinate Assistant works, admin works & related all works of MD
∎ Daily work planner & supporting manager of MD
∎ Personal Secretarial works of MD
∎ To look after valued customer quarries, corporate meeting arrange, customer relation develop, top management assist
∎ Look after MD personal & Official Documents,gifts,meetings
∎ To attend corporate meetings & MD Banking activities monitoring,
∎ Department daily secretarial works monitoring
∎ Communicate related Govt./Private Agencies
∎ Daily appointment fix up & co-ordinate
∎ Receive valued guests/ Land owners/ clients
∎ Attend phone calls, e-mails
∎ Personal security & Sub staff monitoring of MD
∎ Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
∎ Attend business party, seminar, fair, event, project meeting
∎ attend local & foreign tour (NOT MANDATORY)
∎ Communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying,
∎ Ticketing & Reservation of air/hotel,VISA arrange & communicate Embassy's
∎ Meeting agenda prepare, minutes prepare & memo writing
∎ Office order issue
∎ Letter writing
∎ monitoring office executive other works of CEO
∎ Attend . weekly & monthly corporate meeting, party & weekend party, tour
∎ Project visit & others office secretarial works
∎ Drafting & letter writing
∎ attend cultural program,club, party & business development events
∎ Others department daily working report collect & submit to MD
∎ Others

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years experience in Computer activities independently is PREFERRED.
∎ Should have knowledge Bengali & English typing, excel work with good speed & related software.
∎ Computer literacy is must for the post circulated above.
∎ having experience of face book marketing will get preference.
∎ smart & presentable female will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18500 - 35500 (Monthly)
∎ others as per company rules.
