Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for leading and managing the technical sales operations across the Chattogram area.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, and other relevant construction projects for PHC Pile, Concrete Sheet Pile & Bricks.
Establish and maintain relationships with civil engineering consultants, contractors, developers, real estate companies, project owners, and construction firms.
Promote the company's products through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market updates, competitor analyses, and performance reviews to management.
Coordinate with production, technical, logistics, and Accounts & Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.
Monitor customer visits, lead generation, sales conversion, and follow-up activities.
