Job Context:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Clothing Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team specializing in men`s fashion. Please note that candidates who have already applied need not reapply. Key Responsibilities: 

• Must have experience in sourcing stock lot clothing products from the local market.

• In-depth knowledge of local men`s fashion, particularly in purchasing stock lots and manufacturing own designs from local factories.

• Strong understanding of men`s fashion e-commerce, including product measurements and trending items.

• Assist in selecting a product range that aligns with the company`s style, quality, and pricing criteria.

• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded product lineup.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively sourcing new vendors.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to secure optimal deals for the company.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

• Assist in placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
