Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from any renowned university.
∎ Minimum 2 first division/Class till Bachelor level & in case of CGPA 3.50 (out of 4) in Master level. No 3rd division/class will be considered.

Job Context:
∎ Disabled Rehabilitation & Research Association (DRRA) is a non-government, voluntary development organization in Bangladesh working for the destitute and person with disabilities since 1996.
∎ Clinical Psychologist will work as a member of the Technical Team for E-Health of EHD project & reporting to Disability Inclusion & Capacity Building Manager, he/she will ensure advance level health and rehabilitation service through E-Health in collaboration with National level specialized hospital.
∎ Job Nature: Project Contract.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, but 30% field visit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to ensure quality of Psycho-social Rehabilitation consultation through the E-health
∎ Clinical Assessment, Treatment plan, implementation and evaluation of persons with disabilities
∎ Guide and support to field team for primary assessment and treatment plan of persons with disabilities
∎ Liaison with inter- professionals team/ association/Specialized Hospital/ disability organization to roll out of E-Health
∎ Develop rehabilitation program plan to help for rebuild lost skills and restore lost confidence
∎ Write reports and attending multidisciplinary case meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment
∎ Manage caseload, prioritizing needs, and completing administrative tasks such as patient and budgetary records;
∎ Guide and supervise field staff for better improvement of persons with disabilities
∎ Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
∎ Legally responsible and accountable; manage clinical risk; be caring, compassionate and professional at all times
∎ Contribute to wider organizational goals within local, regional and national level stakeholder
∎ Performing any other duties and responsibilities as per the directives of the line Manager
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly report of project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the field of Rehabilitation where Clinical experience relevant to children and persons with disabilities is preferable with any National/International organization.
∎ Understating of disability is preferable
∎ Membership with respective professional Association/Society is preferable
∎ MSc in Clinical Psychology is mandatory where MPhil is preferable
∎ Previous experience in Multi- disciplinary Team preferable.
∎ Understanding on modern Psychology /concept and Medical, Social & Rights model for persons with disability Rehabilitation is preferable
∎ Good computer skills is preferable
∎ Candidates need to be highly motivated and committed to DRRA vision, mission, and long term development work to significantly improve the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalized persons with disabilities. Candidates must be capable of displaying great learning agility, support and encouragement of knowledge sharing across Project/ projects, to the ultimate benefit of all of DRRA's mission wide initiatives.
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 65000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly gross salary plus other admissible benefits as are per org. policy. Salary is may be negotiable for highly deserving candidates.
