Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have excellent speaking and listening skills
∎ Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
∎ Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
∎ Working knowledge of CRM procedures and systems.
∎ Call international clients on both incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ To satisfy customers, determine and evaluate their needs.
∎ To answer consumer questions, one must possess a thorough understanding of the company's goods and services.
∎ Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Digital Marketing Knowledge will be a plus.
∎ Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
∎ Ability to Web Research.
∎ Excellent presentation skills with visual representation over Zoom or any other platform.
∎ Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
∎ Being focused on the needs of the customer and having the flexibility to respond to various personalities.
∎ The capacity to successfully multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
∎ The capacity to assist clients in finding answers to their issues.

Salary: Tk. 24000 - 27000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 5 days a week work schedule (Weekly 2 holidays).

∎ 15 Annual Paid Leave after completing 6 months.
