Additional Requirements:

Client service associates should have organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point skills. They should also be able to deal with client and have proven experience in client services.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicating with clients, i.e. Answering phone calls, greeting customers, and responding to client inquiries.

  • Managing client’s accounts, i.e. Updating client information, creating new accounts, and maintaining client portfolios.

  • Providing service details, i.e. Giving service deadlines to clients, providing account task update, and helping with task quotes. 

  • Resolving client issues, i.e. Proactively resolving clients` concerns and complaints.

  • Preparing documents, i.e. Preparing presentation materials, gathering meeting notes, and inputting them to client files.

  • Performing unit tasks, i.e. Handling telephones, mailing, filing, and processing forms, maintaining a record of client activities.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, i.e. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing client concerns, Fostering positive relationships with clients.

  • Contributing Role of Organizational Budget/Identifying Business, i.e. Contributing Role for achievement of financial target by upselling or cross-selling the law firm services.

  • Team work/Leading a team, i.e Creating an environment of open communication and trust, Facilitating collaboration and problem solving, Familiarizing the team with client specifications, work procedures, and quality standards under pressure.
