1. BSC (Civil Engineering).
2. Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Age At most 45 years

1. Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, Registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
2. Good knowledge about registration, deed, CS/SA/ RS/ BS porcha & khatian, map, mouja and other related papers.
3. Have skilled and knowledge to operate a Real Estate Company
4. Experience in se up a new real estate company.

1. Prepare visit plan and arrange meeting with the landowner.
2. Prepare the proposal for the landowner.
3. Collect land related information from the land media, compile the land documents and check them through Legal department.
4. Collect the information about potential market/clients.
5. Accomplish the property acquisition target according to the business plan.
6. Accumulate market survey required information and prepare reports.
7. Maintain & develop relationships with the law enforcement agencies. Liaison with various government & non-government organizations such as AC land office, Tahshil office, Sub- register office, RAJUK, REHAB, etc.
8. Negotiate with the landowners and potential buyers.
9. All Contractors’ rate negotiation, bill checking & processing.
10. Prepare the CS, BOQ, estimation, labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, ratio of overhead and other related costs.
11. Generate contractor bill, verify bills, certify bills and check the physical bills visiting the sites.
12. Respective Work order checking to confirm all terms and condition.
