Looking for candidate who have more knowledge about civil construction- garments factory of RSC’s Compliance Certification and have to give more time at sight office.

More than 5 years experience in RMG sector with strong understanding of engineering principles & regulations.
Must have sound knowledge on BNBC, NIRAPON & RSC standard for factory building construction & maintenance.
Ability to prepare building Layout to get approval from the authority.
Ability in software skills, AutoCAD, MS Word & MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare As-built Architectural, Structural drawing, Floor Layout.
RSC & NIRAPON audit handling & implementing CAP.
To prepare Load Plan as per standard.
NIRAPON 90 days monitoring report handling.
Analyzing & Designing RCC & STEEL buildings.
To follow up industrial building construction & daily works.
To ensure quality of construction materials and reduce wastage of materials.
To arrange all test / certificate by proper authority/ institution required for the construction/audit.
To ensure safety during construction & maintenance works.
