Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and execute site construction work as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth operations.
Conduct site surveys and set out works using Total Station, Auto Level, and other instruments.
Perform material testing (concrete, soil, etc.) to ensure quality control and compliance.
Maintain all project documentation including reports, survey data, test results, and daily site records.
