- Support the PMO in overseeing structural and civil project activities from planning to handover.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Track physical progress and update PMO with periodic reports.
- Ensure quality compliance and contractor coordination at site.
- Assist in verifying BOQ and material planning.
- Liaise with site engineers, consultants, and vendors for civil-related tasks.
- Monitor schedule vs actual progress and highlight any deviation.
