Responsibilities & Context

• The MCCHS Ltd. is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Civil Engineer based in Dhaka. This full-time role is vital for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of structural and civil engineering components of various residential, commercial, and institutional development projects. The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical excellence, team leadership, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites is essential. 

Job Responsibilities:

• • Evaluate, and review structural plans and layouts in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
  • Prepare construction drawings, estimates, BOQs, and work schedules
  • Supervise and monitor all construction activities to ensure quality, timeline, and budget alignment
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution
  • Conduct site inspections, soil testing, and feasibility assessments
  • Review and approve construction materials based on technical and economic criteria
  • Prepare progress reports, compliance documentation, and maintain proper site records
  • Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at all construction sites
  • Resolve technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions during the construction phase
  • Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors when required..
